Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking a PMO Project Controls Analyst II to join our team in Chandler, AZ.

Your role
  • Provide project controls support for significant project(s) and/or program(s), with some supervision, including primary responsibility for one or more of the following scope areas.

  • KPI reporting, systems management, contract compliance, scheduling, document control, change order management, risk management.

  • Establish and ensure completeness and accuracy of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Create and maintain standardized folder structures and information management systems.

  • Provide assistance and support to Supervisor and program administrators as needed.

  • Perform such assignments and duties as the site manager may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Receive regular guidance on major assignments and objectives from Supervisor, Project Manager, or Management Leaders.

  • Receive technical oversight from Project Controls Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Manager. Escalate unusual or difficult problems and developments.

About you
  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree with major in Construction Management, Business or related field. Minimum five years' experience in a related role, consulting or construction project administrative work in lieu of degree.

  • Special skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required to interact effectively with internal managers, subconsultants, program administrators, and client. Good conceptual design skills and the ability to communicate ideas to management and clients both orally and in writing. High level of analytical ability. Intermediate MS Excel skills required. High degree of teamwork and commitment to customer service required. Self-starter required. Capable of working successfully in a remote environment.
