Technical Program Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead an end-to-end Data Warehouse Performance Improvement Program. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, SQL, data warehouse architecture, and performance optimization, along with proven program management experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of data warehouse performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resources.
  • Coordinate across source systems, data platforms, and Scrum teams.
  • Drive performance tuning across SQL, ETL/ELT jobs, batch processing, and large-volume data workloads.
  • Manage scope, budget, resource utilization, change requests, and delivery tracking.
  • Lead governance, risk/issue management, leadership reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalations.

Requirements
Required Skills
  • Strong Technical Program Management experience, preferably with data/analytics programs.
  • Good understanding of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, batch jobs, SQL, and data warehouse architecture.
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouse performance tuning.
  • Strong program planning, dependency, risk, scope, and resource management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, governance, and executive reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing large-scale data warehouse modernization or performance improvement programs.
