The Director, Program Management, Enterprise Imaging Engineering leads the orchestration of large-scale, technology-driven initiatives that transform how Enterprise Imaging builds and delivers software. This role ensures reliable, high-quality execution across cloud-native platforms, on-prem to cloud migration, security, quality, and Al-enabled solutions.

By partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Security, and Product leaders, the Director converts strategy into action-balancing execution rigor with team autonomy to accelerate outcomes without slowing innovation.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads Enterprise Imaging Engineering's program and portfolio execution of leadership initiatives and new product/solution capabilities, establishing clear governance, operating cadence, and accountability
  • Leads and develops a team of Program Managers, providing strategic direction, cross functional oversight, and coordination across complex initiatives spanning multiple product, platforms, and modules within the El portfolio
  • Guides and mentors Project Managers embedded within software development teams, ensuring consistent delivery practices while enabling team autonomy and velocity
  • Owns Enterprise Imaging portfolio management, providing centralized visibility into delivery status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes for program sponsors and senior business and technology leaders
  • Advances the use of Al and automation to improve efficiency, quality, reporting and outcomes across program management, delivery operations, and day-to-day workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of experience leading technology' or software engineering programs in a matrixed environment
  • Experience leading small teams and influencing delivery in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing complex technical scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, engineering dependencies, and technical risk management
  • Proven ability to operate independently with high ownership and judgment
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-native platforms, enterprise software, or regulated technology environments
  • Experience supporting platform modernization, cloud migration, security, or Al initiatives
  • Experience partnering with SRE, Cloud Ops, Security, or Architecture teams
  • Based in Minnesota to support closer collaboration with leadership and local teams

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
