Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within designated customer base including large and/or critical accounts. Effectively assist customers' operational strategies to achieve timely and cost effective solutions. Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Essential Functions
  • Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases or program.
  • Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers. Drives outstanding customer value and loyalty. Seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
  • Prepares program reports for superiors.
  • Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
  • Effectively communicates goals to the team and communicates with the wider organization when required.

Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 5 years of contract manufacturing experience

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10 years of related experience

Hours
7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $93,641 to $124,855. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
