Job Purpose and Impact – Program Manager will lead and coordinate operational aspects of ongoing procurement and governance workstreams and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and leadership. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and an understanding of procurement processes and enabling technologies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage program timelines and deliverables
  • Facilitate program meetings and ensure workstreams are effectively connected 
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. 
  • Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing. 
  • Coordinate and comply with organization change management framework. 
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements. 
  • Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting. 
  • Collaborate with teams to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project standards.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in procurement or finance transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
