Position Summary

The Program Manager, as part of the Commercial Operations & Strategic Programs team, leads complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and sales productivity across the Interventional North America sales and marketing organization. This role applies structured program management disciplines including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation to ensure successful execution of key commercial initiatives. This role is responsible for initiatives related to sales productivity improvements, acquisition integration, and expansion of distribution partnerships.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic commercial initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Direct cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial operational excellence, efficiency, and sales productivity.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Oversee acquisition-related commercial activities including integration planning, operational readiness, and execution.
  • Evaluate and lead initiatives to expand the distribution footprint (in both directions) through third-party partnerships.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Track program performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • 5 or more years of program or project management experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required, Masters degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs and initiatives that span multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 10 %

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $152,800.00-$229,200.00  ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
