Role: Strategic Programs Manager
FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salaried | Remote (US)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Scope of Position: The Strategic Programs Manager is responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the business in partnership with executive leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will operate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Enablement to ensure critical company initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.
This individual will serve as a central point of coordination for complex programs and operational priorities, helping align teams, remove blockers, improve communication, and drive accountability throughout the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional organizational and project management skills, demonstrates high emotional intelligence (EQ), and can successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
This role requires a highly proactive, solutions-oriented operator who can move fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution while maintaining strong executive presence and cross-functional credibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but limited to:
  • Lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional initiatives tied to company growth, operational scale, and revenue performance
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to drive alignment, execution, and accountability across departments
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and executive status reporting
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, RevOps, and other business functions
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Support strategic planning sessions, QBRs, forecasting processes, and executive operating cadences
  • Help operationalize key GTM initiatives including segmentation, territory design, enablement programs, systems/process optimization, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive follow-through and accountability by ensuring action items, decisions, and deliverables are completed on time
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, dashboards, and business updates
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CRO and leadership team on critical business priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while operating in highly visible and sensitive business initiatives
  • Other responsibilities as required

Education/Experience

  • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
  • Experience working within Revenue, GTM, Operations, or Customer-facing organizations strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
