This is a highly visible role reporting to the Chief Strategy & Information Officer, offering the opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence critical business decisions, and drive strategic programs that span operations, technology, product development, sourcing, quality, logistics, and customer-facing initiatives.
What You'll Do
As our Strategic Program Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue across some of the company's most important initiatives.
You will:
Lead Strategic Business Initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional programs that support company growth, operational excellence, and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
  • Manage complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
Drive Executive Visibility & Decision-Making
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, status reports, and strategic updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they become obstacles.
  • Partner with senior leaders to facilitate decisions and remove barriers.
Build Alignment Across the Organization
  • Bring together teams with competing priorities to achieve common goals.
  • Facilitate productive discussions, working sessions, and steering committee meetings.
  • Create clarity in environments where priorities and information may be evolving.
Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Establish project plans, milestones, governance structures, and performance measures.
  • Ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.
What You Bring
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business transformation, consulting, operations, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to customer-facing or commercial programs involving external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, consumer products, apparel, logistics, or related industries.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Experience supporting strategic business or technology initiatives.
