You bring discipline to execution, clarity to communication, and structure to environments that need it.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Program Leadership & Project Management
  • Lead cross-functional programs from intake through execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, communication strategies, and executive-ready status reporting.
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies early and drive resolution with clear visibility to stakeholders.
  • Leverage project management tools such as Asana to manage execution and transparency.
  • Facilitate program-level meetings, workshops, and working sessions to maintain alignment and momentum.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with IT, HR, PMO, Cybersecurity, and vendor partners to align programs with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, global stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Support PMO standards and contribute to overall program and process maturity.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and executive audiences.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required
  • 5-7 years of program or project management experience in complex technical environments.
  • Experience conducting technology assessments or gathering technical requirements from IT and engineering teams.
  • Proven experience implementing and scaling project management tools (preferably Asana) across large, cross-functional organizations, including governance, templates, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes, with the ability to align work to strategic objectives and capacity constraints.
  • Experience managing portfolio reporting, including executive dashboards, status reporting, and RAID management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project and organizational needs.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled features within project management tools to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience implementing processes, driving change, and managing cross-functional execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools usage and prompting (Claude and ChatGPT)

Preferred
  • Background in IT, engineering, enterprise software, or technical enablement.
  • Experience rolling out technology or training tools at scale.

Ideal Personal Characteristics
  • Analytical and structured thinker who can create clarity from complex data.
  • Strong influencer across technical and non-technical teams.
