Strategic Programs & Events Manager is a highly visible role responsible for driving customer engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and industry leadership through world-class experiences and strategic marketing initiatives.
This individual will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of Kornit's flagship customer conference, Konnections and other major events , while also supporting product marketing initiatives for Kornit's Direct-to-Garment (DTG) portfolio, customer demonstration centers, application showcases, customer success stories, and webinar programs.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator-someone who can think at a high level about customer engagement and business outcomes while flawlessly executing complex programs, managing budgets, leading agencies and vendors, and ensuring every project is delivered on time and at the highest standard.
This role directly impacts Kornit's ability to generate demand, strengthen customer relationships, accelerate sales opportunities, and reinforce Kornit's position as the innovation leader in digital production technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Konnections Conference Leadership and Major Tradeshows
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Kornit's flagship annual Konnections Conference and all Major Tradeshows.
  • Develop conference themes, customer journeys, content strategies, attendee engagement plans, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with sales, product, leadership, customers, analysts, media, and strategic partners to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Own conference project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Measure and report event success through attendance, engagement, pipeline generation, customer influence, and revenue contribution.

2. Strategic Programs & Product Marketing Support
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives for Kornit's DTG portfolio by collaborating with product marketing, applications, sales, and regional teams.
  • Help identify customer success stories, use cases, market trends, and opportunities that strengthen product positioning and customer adoption.
  • Assist in developing customer-facing programs that demonstrate business value, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate product capabilities into compelling customer experiences and educational programs.

3. Demo Center & Application Experience Management
  • Partner with applications and product teams to support the planning and execution of customer demonstrations and executive briefings.
  • Help ensure demonstration environments reflect Kornit's latest innovations, applications, workflows, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate demonstration schedules, customer visits, equipment readiness, and supporting materials.
  • Assist in creating engaging customer experiences that accelerate purchasing decisions and strengthen customer confidence.

4. Customer Advocacy & Testimonial Program
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer testimonial programs, case studies, success stories, and video content initiatives.
  • Identify customer advocates and work with internal stakeholders, agencies, and production partners to capture compelling stories.
  • Ensure customer content aligns with strategic messaging and supports lead generation, sales enablement, and brand leadership objectives.
  • Manage production timelines, approvals, budgets, and content delivery schedules.

5. Agency, Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead external agencies, production partners, contractors, and event vendors to ensure successful execution of all event programs.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across marketing, sales, applications, product management, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Drive accountability, communication, and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks proactively and provide solutions before issues impact deadlines or business outcomes.

6. Budget Management & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and manage budgets across events, customer programs, agency engagements, and content initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, expense tracking, purchase order management, and financial reporting.
  • Deliver programs on budget while maximizing return on investment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to financial management with no surprises and clear communication of risks and opportunities.

7. Demand Generation & Business Impact
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure all programs support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue objectives.
  • Develop pre-event, event, and post-event engagement strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Track KPIs including registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced opportunities, pipeline contribution, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Deliver post-program analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.

This position requires approximately 30% travel. Early morning, evening, and weekends are required as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing large-scale events, customer programs, strategic marketing initiatives, or product-focused experiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through execution.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, agencies, contractors, and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, event strategy, lead generation, and marketing execution.
  • Experience working closely with sales, product marketing, applications, and executive leadership teams.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure business impact and communicate results.
  • NJ or NY location preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, printing, apparel, textile, software, or capital equipment industries is preferred.
