o Define program goals, roadmaps, and OKRs aligned with organizational strategy.
o Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including RACI and KPI tracking.
 
• Agile Execution
o Coach teams on Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe), ensuring adoption and maturity.
o Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning.
o Maintain dependency plans across sprints and mitigate risks proactively.
 
• Technical Engagement
o Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure scalability and compliance.
o Manage technical risks and dependencies across multiple teams and platforms.
o Oversee integration, release management, and DevOps practices.
 
• Stakeholder Management
o Act as a conduit between senior leadership, engineering, and business teams.
o Provide regular status updates and dashboards to executives.
o Foster open communication and resolve conflicts effectively
