Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Indirect Procurement - Strategic Programs Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating and managing strategic procurement programs and systems and have been an indirect procurement sourcing manager. This is not a direct materials procurement role. To encourage collaboration and productivity, this role is in office Tue-Thu per current policy.


  • Create and manage strategic Indirect Procurement programs, e.g., Indirect Spend Reviews (“ISR”) review and approval, M&A integration, supplier diversity, and spend analytics
  • Lead M&A integration activities that impact Indirect Procurement
  • Manage and report monthly on ISR, Integration, Supplier Diversity, etc. KPIs and dashboards to Executives
  • Standardize Indirect Procurement procedures and processes (Sourcing and PO processing) and train team members
  • Manage sourcing activities in 1-2 indirect procurement categories (e.g., HR, MRO, Professional Services, T&E, or IT) which will be about 20% of time
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement process creation and management and Indirect sourcing
  • Experience in driving change management and continuous process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in analytics software tools, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Ariba. Experience in Smartsheets, Microsoft Lists and Power Automate would be beneficial.
