This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care while ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. Despite the remote nature of the job, you will actively participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to patient welfare. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients entering the detox program.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist patients in developing coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' goals and preferences.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the use of therapeutic techniques that foster healing and growth.
• Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights, needs, and resources for ongoing support.
• Lead therapeutic groups and discharge planning meetings, effectively preparing patients for successful reintegration into their communities.

You will work primarily with individuals aged 18 and older who are experiencing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. Our Detox Center focuses on a holistic recovery model, recognizing the interplay between mental health and addiction. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in clinical social work practices.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
