Job Summary:
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Program Manager to support a program at Millington, TN. The role involves managing programs to ensure implementation aligns with specified objectives, planning and developing methods for program implementation, and directing program activities while overseeing personnel responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
โ€ข Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs.
โ€ข Selects personnel according to knowledge and experience in area with which programs are concerned, such as social or public welfare, education, economics, or public relations.
โ€ข Confers with staff to explain programs and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of programs.
โ€ข Directs and coordinates, personally or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
โ€ข Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective, and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
โ€ข Prepares program reports for superiors.
โ€ข Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.

Required:
โ€ข Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in information technology, computer science, physical science, business, or math.
โ€ข 15 years of experience in strategic decision making, communications, complex problem solving, and design and implementation of business processes and controls.
โ€ข Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) may be required at the task order level.
Preferred:
