Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering large-scale cloud infrastructure programs supporting strategic enterprise and hyperscale customers. This role will oversee execution across complex infrastructure initiatives involving capacity expansion, data center deployment, cloud operations, and cross-functional technical delivery at global scale.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of senior Technical Program Managers supporting hyperscale infrastructure delivery initiatives
  • Drive execution across large-scale cloud infrastructure programs involving compute, networking, capacity, data center expansion, and customer deployments
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, capacity planning, finance, and executive leadership teams
  • Establish operational rigor, governance models, delivery tracking, and escalation management processes
  • Manage executive communications and customer-facing delivery discussions for strategic infrastructure initiatives
  • Drive risk identification, dependency management, and delivery accountability across multiple concurrent programs
  • Support organizational scaling initiatives, TPM process maturity, and operational excellence improvements
  • Influence prioritization and execution across highly matrixed technical organizations
  • Ensure delivery predictability across complex infrastructure expansion programs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience within hyperscale cloud, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems environments
  • Prior people management experience leading senior TPM organizations or equivalent
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or cloud deployment programs
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience operating in highly cross-functional, fast-paced technical environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, escalations, and operational risk
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations, capacity management, and technical delivery models
  • Experience supporting strategic enterprise or hyperscale customer initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, executive leadership, and customer stakeholders
