You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and screen candidates, and guide the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Source candidates through active and passive channels, applying sourcing strategies developed with the Senior Recruiter or Manager.
  • Conduct phone screens and structured interviews, and schedule and coordinate your own candidate interviews.
  • Support offer discussions and negotiations, helping close candidates alongside the Senior Recruiter or Manager.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requisition needs and provide pipeline updates.
  • Partner with the TA Senior Operations Specialist for a smooth handoff from offer acceptance through the new hire's first day.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including statuses, feedback, interview stages, and disposition information.
  • Develop an understanding of federal hiring environments and how security clearance requirements shape sourcing and screening.

What We Offer

  • Generous paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage
  • Voluntary life insurance and long-term disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Required Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2โ€“4 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting experience.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, eligibility for this role is limited to U.S. Persons.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Experience conducting candidate screens and interviews and evaluating qualifications against position requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong focus on data accuracy and organized recruiting records.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the professionalism to represent Brillient in candidate-facing conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
