Job description

This position is not open to applicants residing in or otherwise based in California or New York. Additionally, applicants must be located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.


As an Enrollment Manager, you will guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process across multiple degree programs. You will manage inquiries from a variety of channels and play a key role on our enrollment services team.


The Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position. Some evening and weekend hours are required.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage enrollment inquiries for multiple degree programs at a wide variety of institutions
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of each institution's admissions criteria and policies
  • Review college admission applications and conduct interviews with prospective students
  • Clearly communicate admissions processes and requirements to prospective students
  • Provide accurate, detailed information about degree programs to support informed decision-making
  • Develop and implement nurturing campaigns to assist prospective students to complete the enrollment process
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used by the enrollment team
  • Ensure all enrollment practices meet legal and regulatory requirements


What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in enrollment services
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to present information about programmatic offerings, including cost and program details, in an ethical and accurate manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Ability to consistently abide by the enrollment services policies and procedures
  • Discipline to operate within established best practices and processes
