We are seeking empathetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team for the upcoming Open Enrollment season. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated guide for members—helping them navigate plan options, compare coverage details, and meet key enrollment deadlines.

Guide Medicare and Medicaid members step-by-step through signing up for coverage, switching plans, or updating dependent information.
Help members compare plan features, understand coverage options, and meet critical enrollment deadlines.
Provide clear, friendly, and accurate assistance over the phone to reduce stress and simplify the enrollment process.
Maintain complete and accurate records of member interactions and account updates in compliance with industry guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: MUST have previous experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid health plans.
Residency: Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX, or VA.
Communication: verbal communication skills with an empathetic, patient, and helpful demeanor.
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, databases, and remote call center tools.
Workplace: A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
