Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Open Enrollment Specialist will represent Curative and lead educational sessions on benefits being offered to Curative clients. This would include new and renewed groups virtually and in person meetings. The Open Enrollment Specialist will coordinate with the group's brokers and client administrators once open enrollment dates have been established. They will work directly with the Sales Execs, Account Execs, Client's Broker, along with the Employer Representatives to ensure that all clients are receiving the highest level of education of the Curative plans being offered.

 LOCATIONS:

Available in the following locations cities: 
GA- Atlanta
FL- Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami
TX- Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antionio, El Paso/The Valley

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants.

  • Coordinate and conduct Open Enrollment meetings, both in person and virtually to ensure current and prospective members understand the Curative products and services being offered so that their members can make the appropriate benefit selection that is right for them and their families.

  • Travel timely to locations for in person meetings or timely virtual meetings.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with insightful initiative-taking advice.

  • Support our Care Navigation team in coordinating and promoting Baseline visit.

  • Provide feedback to the clients assigned AE / IM to track, trend and enhance communication tools. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills across a continuum of audiences.

  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments.

  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and any external partners required.

  • Punctual and Professional

  • 5 years of experience in conducting OE meetings.

  • Detailed oriented with solid organizational and planning skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and Adobe.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

REQUIRED LICENSES

  • State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a part time hourly demand driven position.  Working hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate significantly, typically for 0 - 5  in the first weeks of the first and second quarters with extended hours up to 30 in the fourth quarter. Travel within your region will be applicable 75% of the time.
