Job Details:
Purpose
Student Accounts Receivable is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented work-study student employee to provide support for the Tuition and Returned Checks department. The student worker will assist with clerical work and office operations.
This position is only open to UT Work Study Students.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with 9050, 9052, and 9055 refund reject research.
  • Assist with RPC notes on student records.
  • Assist with processing withdrawals, adds, drops, and other fee billing adjustments.
  • Assist with collections for delinquent tuition.
  • Assist with daily reports for Returned Checks.
  • Assist with mail pick up and distribution.
  • Complete special projects and other duties assigned.

Salary Range
$15/hour

Work Shift
  • Maximum of 15 hours per week, exact schedule can be determined by student and manager.
  • The end of this work-study assignment is December 31, 2025.
