Job Description

The ADP HCM Implementer will provide a client's Benefit Plan Summary to the temp associate.
That associate will need to interpret the plan and applicable information to a Comparison Plan feature on our WFN system.
The feature allows the client to provide their employees with a comparison of all their plan options as they go thru open enrollment.
The task isn't difficult, but they need some knowledge around benefit plans.
We can train the associate on WFN, but we need someone who can navigate benefit plans.
We expect the work to take 1 hour per client.
This would be more of a back office role the ADP HCM Consultant would handle the client facing part of the conversation.
