Job description

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Litigation Attorney with an established Orange County law firm. This opportunity stands apart from standard insurance carrier-driven defense work through direct relationships with high self-insured retained corporate and public entity clients, meaningful autonomy, and real courtroom exposure and trial opportunity.

• Direct work with high self-insured retained corporate and public entity clients rather than adjuster-controlled matters

• Flexible schedule: remote, in-office, or hybrid

• Manageable 1,650 annual billable hour expectation

• Deposition, motion, discovery, and trial preparation responsibility

• Base salary from $150K-165K+ DOE with bonus potential and strong benefits
