Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Research and qualify new leads and maintain a lead database
- Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, features, and availability
- Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks
- Support the sales team with tasks as needed
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales or cold calling experience (preferred, but not required)
