Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and strengths, using standardized assessment tools and methodologies to guide your evaluations.
• Deliver individualized therapy to clients—whether in one-on-one, family, or group settings—tailoring interventions based on their unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to support clients in their journey towards improved mental health.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals, innovative interventions, and a strategy for ongoing progress evaluation.
• Collaborate efficiently with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure that each client's treatment aligns with their overall care strategy.
• Provide crisis intervention services, executing risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in immediate distress.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with vital community resources, while providing ongoing case management support to help them navigate complex systems.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma, and link underserved populations with necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing chronic illness, grief, mental health disorders, and families navigating end-of-life care. Your engagement will focus on providing empathetic support, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to take control of their mental health journeys within a compassionate framework.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential to practice.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey complex emotional and psychological concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools and telehealth platforms to conduct effective remote sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community mental health settings or hospice care is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration and experience in case management services is a plus.
• Knowledge of current mental health legislation and best practices in therapy and intervention.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
