The total compensation range for this position is $450,000 to $700,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy, well-established community gastroenterology practice serving the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. About the Practice

You'll join a collaborative team of five physicians and four advanced practice providers in a high-volume, community-based practice known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The group has a strong referral base, an excellent local reputation, and a culture that values teamwork, communication, and physician input.

Care is delivered across multiple convenient locations, including:

* Cooley Dickinson Hospital

* A modern ambulatory surgical center in Amherst

* An outpatient office in Florence

The practice is well equipped with four procedure rooms, twelve recovery bays, and modern technology designed to support efficient workflows and excellent clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

* Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in a thriving community setting

* Perform a wide range of procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and in-office hemorrhoid banding

* ERCP experience is welcome but not required

* Participate in a manageable and equitable shared call schedule

* Work closely with experienced physicians and APPs in a collaborative care model
