Company:
4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions (Corporate)
Location:
Remote | Occasional Travel | U.S. National | 100 Mbps Home Internet Required
Employment:
Full-Time | Remote-Native | W2
Compensation:
$20.00–$24.00/hr base + $3.00 per appointment booked
Tech Stack:
Go High Level (CRM) + RingCentral (VoIP) + Zenoti (Scheduling) + related platforms

4Ever Young is one of the fastest-growing anti-aging and aesthetic wellness franchise networks in the country, and right now, we are building something that has never existed inside this brand: a centralized booking team designed to support locations nationwide. This isn’t just another call center position. It’s a unique opportunity to join the founding team that will help build, refine, and scale our national booking operation from the ground up. The people we hire today will help establish the processes, best practices, and culture that will support future 4Ever Young locations across the country.

Every patient you speak with has already expressed interest in our services. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by quickly engaging each lead, answering questions, overcoming objections, and converting interest into scheduled appointments. Success here requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, enjoys multitasking across multiple communication channels, and is passionate about helping patients take the next step toward their wellness goals.

Performance is measured through key metrics including but not limited to: appointments booked, conversion rate, speed-to-lead, show rate, call quality, documentation accuracy, and productivity. High performers consistently earn well above their base pay through our appointment incentive program.

What you will do:

  • Manage inbound calls, outbound calls, SMS, email, and CRM (Go High Level) follow-up while providing an exceptional patient experience
  • Schedule appointments inside Zenoti, targeting the earliest available slot (within three days whenever possible); maintain accurate, real-time lead documentation
  • Build rapport, educate patients on 4Ever Young services, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments using approved call scripts and objection-handling frameworks
  • Re-engage unconverted leads, missed appointments, and inactive prospects through outbound follow-up
  • Meet or exceed the performance metrics listed above
  • Contribute to building the playbook: this team is new and your input shapes how it runs

Requirements

Before you apply: this is a dedicated, high-volume booking position designed for experienced contact center professionals. Phone communication is your primary responsibility, but success also requires managing text messages, emails, phone call follow-up, and appointment scheduling throughout the day.

Must-Have:

  • Rotating Saturday availability: required from day one, no exceptions
  • 2+ years of call center, patient scheduling, or high-volume customer contact experience where phone communication was the primary responsibility
  • 80+ calls per shift in your most recent phone-based role: this is not a front desk or receptionist position
  • Demonstrated experience working against booking, scheduling, or conversion metrics
  • Multitasking across calls, texts, emails, CRM documentation, and scheduling while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • CRM or scheduling software experience (Go High Level, Zenoti, RingCentral, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Remote-ready setup: dedicated, private home workspace for VoIP and 100+ Mbps home internet, verified pre-hire via speed.cloudflare.com
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Nice-to-Have:

  • Healthcare, dental, chiropractic, aesthetics, or wellness scheduling background
  • Go High Level, Zenoti, or RingCentral (VoIP) experience specifically
  • Experience in a setting where show rate is tracked and managed
  • Personal consumer of aesthetic or wellness services, or experience with patient education

Benefits
  • $20.00–$24.00/hr base: commensurate with experience
  • $3.00 per appointment booked: paid on top of base, every shift
  • At 15 bookings/day: ~$27/hr effective | At 20 bookings/day: ~$29.50/hr effective
  • Overtime available on weekends
  • Medical (employer supplemented), Dental, Vision, and PTO
  • Fully remote: work from anywhere in the U.S. (occasional travel as needed)
  • Ground-floor entry into a nationally expanding program: early agents grow with the team
