Key Responsibilities for the Litigation Collections Specialist:
• Manage receivable accounts and payoff requests from intake through completion
• Review balances, payoff figures, and documentation for accuracy
• Handle inbound calls and provide updates to attorneys and partner firms
• Track account activity, follow-ups, and workflow status across systems
• Support reconciliation and financial accuracy as a Litigation Collections Specialist
Qualifications for the Litigation Collections Specialist:
• Experience in AR/AP, collections, payoffs, or financial operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel (basic formulas), and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows as a Litigation Collections Specialist
• Exposure to mortgage, legal, medical, or personal injury collections preferred
