  • Handle all aspects of litigation: from initial filings through post-judgment enforcement
  • Conduct motion practice, hearings, and trials both virtually and in-person

  • Maintain strict compliance with state and federal consumer protection laws (FDCPA, CFPB)
  • Conduct legal research and work on special projects as needed

What qualifications are required for these positions?

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey
  • 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in litigation or collections
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and legal document management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work as a team player
  • Familiarity with consumer collections and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly for court appearances across various counties
