They support a collaborative, detail-driven CDI environment where excellence in documentation integrity directly impacts quality reporting and reimbursement outcomes. Job Description: This fully remote, direct-hire CDI Specialist role is designed for an experienced inpatient CDI professional who excels in clinical documentation review, compliant physician query development, and accuracy-driven outcomes. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the medical record accurately reflects severity of illness, risk of mortality, and quality measures across complex inpatient populations.
