• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing established therapeutic techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, effectively addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflict, and fostering deeper connections.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress, ensuring a responsive approach to changing needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate intervention and support to clients in distress.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in marriage and family therapy practices through ongoing professional development.
• Promote and advocate for clients' rights by empowering them with knowledge and resources regarding their treatment.

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including teenagers, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to discuss their concerns. As a member of our team, you will utilize best practices in evidence-based therapy to help clients address issues like relationship dynamics, family conflicts, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the appropriate state board.
• Proven experience in providing individual and couples therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct timely client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms that enhance remote client engagement.
• Background in techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
