This role will primarily operate in a telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients via video and phone consultations. This remote role offers flexibility in your schedule while requiring you to be accessible during typical business hours to support the diverse needs of our clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, establishing a rapport and understanding their personal histories, challenges, and goals.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, articulating specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Facilitate engaging and solution-focused counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, tracking client progress and refining treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care, participating in case consultations to enhance outcomes for clients with complex mental health issues.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information, actively promoting a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse client population facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment issues. Our clients include adults, children, and families, necessitating a practitioner capable of adapting therapeutic approaches to various developmental stages and cultural backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating a successful track record of working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere conducive to therapeutic success.

• Experience with telehealth counseling and familiarity with virtual communication platforms.
• A background in trauma-informed care or specialized training in specific therapeutic approaches is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a private practice or similar outpatient setting.
