Word Processor (Litigation Practice Area Experience Preferred)
Location:NY Office (Remote) - Candidates may work from home full-time after an on-site training period.
Schedule:Full-Time | PM Shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m. EST)

Salary:$100,000-$110,000
What You'll Do:- Responsible for processing and proofing any work coming into the Center. Including edits, redactions, editing metadata, hyperlinking and all other facets of litigation.
- Proofread all work produced to ensure that typographically error-free projects leave the Center.
- Ensure timeliness, quality and quantity of work produced.
- Inform attorneys if unable to meet deadlines and give estimate of completion time.
- Fill in appropriate information on the Center logs, enter daily time for billing and enter time worked.
- Log incoming work into the Center.
- Learn new software, machines, telephones, or any other tools the firm provides and inform other personnel regarding helpful hints or new functions learned.
- Help to troubleshoot other personnel on network applications.
- Help to answer incoming telephone calls. Answer questions regarding project status, estimated time of completion, and basic software support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow firm and department policies and work procedures.
- Must have very strong skills to work in a litigation environment.
What You'll Bring:- Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of actual word processing experience.
- Must be strong in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must also have the following software requirements:iManage, CCC Macro Pro,Nuance OmniPage, PDF Xchange Editor, BestAuthority, TextMap
