  • Learned our key systems - Slack, Google Workspace, Fastmoss, TikTok Shop Partner Centre and Waves - alongside our commerce trackers and sourcing processes.
  • Audited existing creator pools and communication workflows, identifying early opportunities to improve engagement and posting rate, and successfully recruited and onboarded new affiliate creators aligned to campaign and always-on client needs.
  • Supported the activation of live affiliate programmes by driving measurable creator output across at least one client portfolio.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Own the sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation and onboarding of creators for TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns, managing them through Waves.
  • Manage product sampling and seeding end to end - logistics, tracking and follow-up - to drive content and conversion.
