Position: Manager, Influencer Marketing, Curlsmith

Department: Marketing for Curlsmith, Drybar, Revlon & Hot Tools

Work Location: 100% Remote in New York and California

What you will be doing:

The Manager, PR & Influencer Marketing will oversee the Helen of Troy beauty partnership portfolios (Drybar, Curlsmith, Revlon & Hot Tools) while strategizing, developing, and onboarding new partnerships to drive public relations and influencer management goals. This role manages the full partnership lifecycle - from sourcing talent and coordinating with PR agencies to negotiating contracts, overseeing deliverables, managing relationships, driving activations, and evaluating performance.

We're looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with strong experience in PR, influencer marketing, and community management. This person will lead day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Prestige's growing influencer and partnership programs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with influencer campaign and reporting tools, influencer outreach, relationship management, and digital launch project management. A passion for beauty and lifestyle and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.

  • Influencer Relations: A key part of this role is building and maintaining influencer relationships. The Influencer Manager will handle outreach, fee negotiations, invoices, sample send-outs, deliverable tracking, results reporting, content approval, and budget management. They will also manage partnerships through influencer platforms and oversee all influencer campaigns coordinated with external agencies.

  • Campaign Planning & Creative Briefs: The Influencer Manager works from the strategy and plans set forth by the Associate Director and Marketing leadership team to integrate influencer campaigns into all brand activity. Using influencer management platform CreatorIQ, the Influencer Manager will create campaigns and briefs in line with the Associate Director's strategy and brief out to the influencer database and PR agencies where applicable.

  • Metrics Monitoring and Reporting: Using data from CreatorIQ, the Influencer Manager is responsible for monthly reporting on all campaign metrics and KPI's set out by the Associate Director of Influencer Marketing, updating the monthly trackers and presenting to the marketing team, optimizing future campaigns based on learnings. They are also expected to keep on top of trends and industry insights to further enhance campaign strategy and delivering these insights to the team.

  • PR Agency Support: Own the day-to-day relationship management with existing PR agencies for influencer related projects. The Influencer manager will review collateral and decks submitted by the agency and support with all execution of Influecer events. They will also manage all PR related internal send outs including agency stock replenishment orders when pertaining to influencer marketing programs.

  • Partnership Building: Own the day-to-day relationship management of existing and perspective portfolio of partners, working closely with the Associate Director of Influencer Marketing to ensure the timely delivery of all samples and projects.

  • Product Gifting: All product send outs will be managed by the Influencer Manager including ad-hoc gifting and mailer campaigns either run internally or externally through PR Agencies.

  • Trend Reporting & Insight: It is vital this role has a passion for influencer marketing and a deep-rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle. They will be active on Instagram, identifying new talent and Influencer activity across competitor brands and reporting insights to the team. They will compile a monthly competitor report on key competitor activity across social media and be the go-to for influencer and social trends.

  • External Relationship Management: All Influencer and Ambassador relationships, Influencer and Ambassador platform relationships (CreatorIQ), day-to-day running of external influencer agency relationships, day-to-day relationship management of all partnerships.

  • Ability to spot influencer trends and talent with a passion for beauty and influencer marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotion and/or management.

  • 4+ years' marketing experience in the Influencer and PR arena.

  • Experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., Grin, Klear, Traackr, CreatorIQ).

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with CreatorIQ.

In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $82,170 - $102,000annually. This base pay range is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
