Description
Her Campus Media is seeking an Associate of Campus & Influencer Marketing who specializes in influencer, gifting, and campus ambassador programs to join our team full-time. This person will play a critical role in the execution and performance of our campus and influencer marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital, ambassadorships, sampling, and experiential, while also providing thoughtful, strategic recommendations, insights, and support throughout the entire campaign process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencers or student leaders who participate in campaigns with our brand partners from start to finish
  • Create, promote, and vet influencer applications for Campus & Influencer campaigns, identifying target influencers for projects and conducting outreach and follow-ups as needed
  • Develop campaign briefs and guidelines for participating influencers (including timelines, messaging and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelinesย 
  • Review influencer content before it is published, ensuring it adheres to all FTC and client requirements
  • Monitor and track contracted content as it is published, ensuring all participating creators are following guidelines and timelines, requesting edits when needed
  • Manage and process influencer agreements and payments in a timely fashion in collaboration with Campus & Influencer Marketing department leadership and the legal and finance teams
  • Collaborate with the Activations and Business Development teams to ensure excellent campaign execution, providing best-in-class influencer marketing counsel specific to brand, target, consumer and marketing objectives as needed
  • Stay abreast of campus marketing trends and culture, assisting in the development of new resources, optimizations and efficiencies for our campaign processes and materials on an ongoing basis
  • Help strategize and execute innovative sponsored opportunities and influencer education initiatives as led by the Community team, may include speaking opportunities
  • Update and maintain internal databases and case studies with key information for assigned campaigns


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or other college degree) preferred
  • 1-2+ years of full-time campaign management/influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency in client-facing role(s)
  • Demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in community-building, influencer marketing, and the college marketing industry, as well as a pulse on trends in the space
  • Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive, a plus
