Job description

100% Remote role.

About the Company

Our client is a large-scale performance marketing company looking to build influencer/creator acquisition as a new paid traffic channel.

This is not primarily a brand-awareness or organic social role. We are looking for an experienced performance marketer who knows how to turn creator partnerships into a measurable customer-acquisition channel and has a track record of optimizing campaigns based on CAC, CPL, CPA, revenue, and ROI.

The Role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will own the channel from strategy and creator acquisition through campaign execution, performance analysis, and scaling. This person will have significant ownership and autonomy in building the program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's influencer/creator acquisition strategy.
  • Identify target audiences, offers, and ideal creator profiles across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Use influencer discovery and data tools to source, evaluate, and prioritize creators based on audience demographics, engagement, economics, and performance potential.
  • Conduct creator outreach and build relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
  • Negotiate and structure flat-fee, CPL, CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid partnerships.
  • Establish attribution, tracking, and reporting to accurately measure campaign performance.
  • Manage creator budgets and make investment decisions based on performance and target economics.
  • Quickly identify underperforming partnerships, while scaling creators and campaigns that demonstrate strong results.
  • Build repeatable systems and processes for sourcing, testing, and recruiting creators at scale.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience building performance-based influencer or creator acquisition programs.
  • Experience in DTC, fintech, insurance, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or other direct-response businesses.
  • Proven experience managing meaningful creator budgets and delivering measurable CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, revenue, or ROI results.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of performance marketing economics.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to build a new acquisition channel from the ground up.
Success Looks Like

Building influencer/creator partnerships into a standalone, scalable, and profitable customer-acquisition channel—with a repeatable system for identifying winning creators, testing new opportunities, and aggressively scaling what works.
