Editorial & QA Assistant (Onsite)

Pay: $21/hour
Hours: 20–30 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible within business hours (consistent weekly schedule preferred)
Location: Onsite / In-Person


Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Editorial & QA Assistant to support proofreading, editing, formatting, and quality checks of documents and internal resources. Ideal for candidates with strong writing skills, including students or recent graduates in English, Communications, Education, or related fields.


Responsibilities
  • Proofread and edit documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency

  • Format documents using templates in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Perform quality checks (links, files, instructions, references)

  • Organize and manage files in SharePoint

  • Track edits using comments and Track Changes


Requirements
  • Strong written English and attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
