Position Overview:
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Your primary responsibilities include resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experienceโ€”all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner

  • Adhere to scripts, procedures, and client guidelines for consistency and quality

  • Provide accurate solutions and information to customer questions

  • Offer additional resources and assistance when appropriate

  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately

  • Escalate issues following established protocols

  • Maintain open communication with supervisors and team leads

  • Protect confidential customer information, ensuring privacy and security

  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • No formal education requiredโ€”entry-level positions available

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Technical equipment necessary to work efficiently:

    • Windows PC with Windows 10 or Windows 11

    • Minimum 8 GB RAM and Quad-Core processor

    • USB wired headset and dual monitors

    • Wired internet with minimum speeds of 80 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload

  • Equipment and internet connections not permitted: MacBooks, Chromebooks, Satellite Internet, Mobile Hotspots, and wireless extenders

Schedule & Training:

  • Mandatory training from July 20 to July 31, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM CST

  • Operating hours are 7 days a week; availability required

    • Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM EST

    • Weekends: 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM EST

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
