Live Reps is now hiring for (USA) remote, work from home 1099 positions (35 to 40 hrs. per week) This is an inbound and outbound campaign opportunity.   • Deliver exceptional Customer Service to all clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Resolve customer issues with prompt and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall Customer Service processes.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
