Upfront Plumbing, Drains, Heating, and Air is searching for a remote, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Idaho (Boise area).

SCHEDULE FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

You'll work a consistent, full-time schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call rotation. This role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver outstanding service from your own professional setup at home.


YOUR ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers each day. You will answer and manage a steady stream of inbound calls, keeping conversations on track and gathering all the right information without letting calls stack up. You will schedule jobs accurately and strategically, matching the right technician to the right job at the right time, all while understanding urgency, location, and skill sets. Your day will involve acting as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and management, relaying updates and changes so everyone stays aligned. You will communicate clearly with technicians and internal teams, ensuring no one is left in the dark and mistakes are avoided. You will follow through on every job from start to finish, confirming appointments, handling reschedules, updating notes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.


In order to do this, you'll need the following:

  • Residence in Idaho (Boise area)
  • Ability to work remotely with your own computer, monitors, phone, and high-speed internet suitable for a call-heavy role
  • Skills in clear and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Strong decision-making and real-time problem-solving abilities
  • Accountability for follow-through and closing the loop on customer needs
  • Commitment to reliability, clarity, and consistency
