Job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator II Location: Tampa, FL Type: Contract Compensation: $32-$36.28/hr depending on qualifications Work Model: Hybrid Hours: 40.0

Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations including Separation processing.

Responsibilities • Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems • Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes • Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinate with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams as needed • Administer separation-related documentation (termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms) • Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process

Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations • Bachelor's Degree required • HR Operations / HR Processing experience • Separation processing • Case management • Leave of absence experience can translate • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to resolve issues without scripts • Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision • Excel proficiency, including formulas, reports, and managing spreadsheets • Experience with Workday (strongly preferred), ServiceNow (highly preferred), ADP (nice to have) • Language skills: English required; Spanish, French, or Portuguese are nice-to-have (most desired additional languages) • Reliable HR operations professional who enjoys structured, repetitive work, collaborates well, and can be trusted to process separations accurately with minimal supervision – even while reporting remotely
