In-office position. Daily attendance required. This is not a remote role.
Southern National Roofing is growing fast, and we are hiring recruiters to help us find our next wave of sales talent.
This is a high volume phone job. You spend your day calling pre-screened applicants and getting them booked for interviews. If you like talking to people, competing, and getting paid for your effort, you will do well here.
No recruiting experience needed. We train you and hand you the process. What matters is energy, hustle, and showing up ready to help people take the next step in their journey with Southern National.
What you'll do
  • Call pre-screened applicants to schedule interviews
  • Keep your pipeline full and moving
  • Hit daily and weekly volume goals
  • Follow a proven, step by step process
