Major Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure PepsiCo is viewed as candidates' Employer of Choice

Coordinate and schedule phone, onside and web-based interviews within specified service level commitments

Provide timely communication and counsel to recruiters, hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering optional efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward

Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates while on-side at PepsiCo

Create and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked Act as back-up to peers across the Talent Acquisition team >>>> No specific end date, ongoing assignment


Skills & Capabilities:

Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills

Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization

Applicant tracking system experience preferred.

Recruitment social media (i.e. LinkedIn) experience preferred

Must be collaborative and a team player

Proficient with all Microsoft office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
