Job description

Job Title: Peoplesoft FSCM Functional Analyst - Procure to Pay
Location : MD (Remote)
Job Description
1. The Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) team offers helpdesk and training support to users as required.
2. The FSCM team provides 1st and 2nd tier user support to 850 users accessing the Judiciary's PeopleSoft financial system, resolving 905 service tickets across various business areas in the past year.
3. Helpdesk tickets are typically resolved within the same day, with initial responses provided within 1 to 2 hours.
**c. Scope of Work:**
1. Act as Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
2. Define and document business requirements.
3. Provide expertise in design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations or configuration updates.
4. Offer all tier level production support.
5. Perform system configurations and testing.
6. Develop comprehensive system documentation, including configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, SOPs, and training materials.
7. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
**d. Minimum Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting accepted for one Analyst.
2. Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM in a development or functional consultant role.
3. Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, PS Query reporting, and Process Scheduler.
**e. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:**
1. Preferably, one FSCM Analyst holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.
2. Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM in a development or functional consultant role.
3. Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, PS Query reporting, and Process Scheduler.
4. Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, testing, and AWE/Workflow.
5. Expert knowledge of SDLC methodology, PeopleSoft chart of accounts, and various FSCM modules.
6. Ability to provide expert customer service and production support.
