Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Finance Consultant, Physician Compensation

Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

The Finance Consultant, Physician Compensation, is responsible for financial, analytical, and business management consulting support for physician compensation services. This position supports analysis of monthly compensation model administration and accruals, budget assistance, benchmarking and modeling, fair market value & survey reporting, quality performance incentive administration, as well as special projects.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: organization, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, flexibility, detail orientation, independence, reliability, self-driven, intrinsically motivated, a questioning attitude.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred field of study in accounting, finance or closely related discipline

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in accounting/finance required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $69,742.4 - $116,251.2. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
