Overview:
Looking for a job that's anything but boring? As a Corporate Filing Specialist at Corporate Tools, you'll play a key role in helping businesses across the country get up and running. You'll be part of the team that handles official state filings-like forming LLCs, registering corporations, and keeping companies in good legal standing.
This isn't just paperwork. It's high-stakes problem-solving with real impact. You'll research state requirements, complete and submit legal forms, and make sure our clients don't miss a beat. You'll get to learn a ton about how businesses work behind the scenes-and you'll never run out of interesting challenges.

This job is coded as "Flex" which means the company does not currently require this position to be performed in office.
Wage:
$18.50/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Be knowledgeable of and responsible for: forming new companies, registering businesses and filing annual corporate compliance events
  • Troubleshooting issues with state forms and processes
  • Helping customers and internal associates with filing related questions
