Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EHR Epic Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Secure Chat, Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health apps. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance for clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system functionality.
  • Provide expertise in Epic tools, including Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing workflows.
  • Conduct system troubleshooting, integration, and security assessments.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage project timelines, financial resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide technical training and documentation to end-users.
Required Skills & Experience:

  • Epic Certification in EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation (Secure Chat, Rover, Case Management, Behavioral Health).
