Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As an Epic Beaker Analyst, you will work as a consultant, on a project within a Healthcare engagement team and be responsible for providing steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours. This includes incident resolution, service requests, enhancement build, upgrade build and support.
