Position Overview

Resolute Academy is looking for dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors, specifically those holding LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW credentials, to join our compassionate team in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs and history.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and address individual challenges.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with accessibility issues or those living in remote areas.
• Maintain professional ethics and standards through accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies.
• Engage actively in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, or additional certification training.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• A non-judgmental attitude, along with empathy and compassion essential for therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in a community clinic or private practice environment.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and e-therapy tools.
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of best practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
