Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure all clients have access to services, accommodating any accessibility challenges they may face.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay informed of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• An empathetic, non-judgmental attitude conducive to a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, group therapy facilitation, and working with specialized populations (such as youth or individuals with trauma histories) will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous to streamline documentation and improve organizational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Resolute Academy, RTC offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we provide:
